Hi! Could someone please give me some advice for this problem?

I've used the Star05 for a while only a couple days ago the cursor from the pen would hover, click, but not drag. It did this on photoshop, clip studio paint, and on the regular computer. Device: Macbook pro.

I unplugged and plugged it in again, the light indicates it is connecting. I turned the computer off and on. I've uninstalled the driver and tried without and it did the same thing, and then I installed the driver again and it still does the same thing. Now though, the driver doesn't not open the tablet settings and quits automatically.

I then tried it with my old laptop Macbook air which had the driver. It worked briefly, but then I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the cursor didn't move at all. It didn't respond or hover to the touch of the pen, though the tablet itself again indicates it's working. I followed all troubleshooting options. Turned off, turned on, uninstalled driver, installed (again now the new driver will not open so I believe her lies the problem) I even opened a new pen but it didn't work. I uninstalled the driver and turned off my computer for a while, and now I'm back at square one: the cursor hovers and moves, and clicks, but it doesn't drag for example if I make a long stroke of the brush on photoshop, it only makes a dot.

Please help me!

UPDATE: i fixed the problem by downloading a different driver. although my computer isn't updated to the new mojave, I decided to give it a go and the newest driver fixes the issue. If you have this issue, try downloading different drivers.
