Purchased Artist 15.6 for my daughter year ago. She didn't use it much, mainly by the difficulties with typical concepts and interface of software. Buth she is growing and comes back to this again and again.

I had some troubles with getting the tablet working initially, but it was done after latest (that time) driver reinstalled. There were some connectivity troubles later on, resolved by reinstall the driver, replug usb, reboot the PC in various sequences. Currently all of this dosn't help. The screen is working, the device is not detected at usb. Error 43. No pen. Tried with latest driver, fresh and empty Windows 7 or 10, no antivirus and any other software, no firewall and integrated security on. Doesn't work. Tried at other PC Win8.1, previosly connecting to the tablet. Doesn't work. It's just a second display. Please help to get working.
