i just got my ARTIST 12 PRO on Saturday. At first it wasn't working. I got in touch witht the team at XP-PEN and a very helpful support rep told me to get the latest driver for MAC OS. The pen still wasn't calibrating properly. MY drawings looked awful. I got in touch with the same support rep. This time I was asked to change the pen point. i also added a new adaptor for a second USB ports. i plugged it in tonight and did as she said...and its working! i tried it out with just a few strokes and presto ... a hundred percent improvement! No drag on the pen, just fluid movement in both apps. Thank you support team at xp-pen.
