I've just received my Deco Pro M a few days ago and I thought I'd post here to see if anyone could help before I return it. I've followed the installation process on the driver installer, then tested the tablet on both a 2015 macbook and a 2019 imac.

1. Is there any way to tweak the sensitivity of the mechanical ring? In it's default state it's laggy and barely usable.

2. Is there anyway to tweak the sensitivity of the virtual pad? I know that a two finger swipe is defaulted but it's also very laggy and barely usable.

3. Biggest issue of all is that when the pen touches the tablet, it doesn't always immediately register the click. Here's a dot test I did in photoshop below to illustrate the issue:

The blue arrow show multiple points where the pen was clearly in contact with the tablet and made a "click" noise but didn't register the click.
