XP PEN star 06 Conflicts with Filmora 9 Video Editor.

The pen stops working everytime Filmora 9 runs.
The buttons can still work, but not the pen.
Sometimes the pen works again after awhile but then if I move the mouse, the pen stops working again.

If Filmora is closed, the pen works again immediately.

How to fix this?
