I had purchased the xp-pen 12 pro but was sent the xp-pen 12 instead.  It's a simple mistake that anyone can make.  I sent an e-mail but got no reply so I figured I could try here and maybe have better luck in getting the xp-pen 12 pro that I had ordered.
