seriously. i just ordered your product the artist 12 pro. it was great when i first got the tablet but today it just shut down on me. the monitor part is working but the function has stoped for some odd reason. ive waited so long to go digital with my art style and was starting to get my bearing on using this product i was so excited. i hope i can get this ressolved very soon. im putting together a digital portfolio so can get work. www.facebook.com/sevaroumedia.423 i really want to use this product to take the next step.
